View back on demand the GRESB Foundation Update and Standards Changes event with a focus on the changes to the 2023 Infrastructure and Real Estate Assessments.

During the first half of this event, Rick Walters, GRESB’s Chief of Standards and Innovation, will provide insight into the workings of the GRESB Foundation, and Isabelle Tykoczinski (Altarine Partners) - Independent Consultant (GRESB Foundation), will share an overview of the new Standards Development Process

Joss Blamire, GRESB Director of Infrastructure, and Charles van Thiel, GRESB Director of Real Estate, will discuss the changes to the 2023 Assessment standards, which were publicly released on October 27. Thanks to the hard work of the GRESB Standards Committees and the GRESB Infrastructure and Real Estate teams, we were able to release next year’s Standards more than two months in advance compared to previous years.

The second half of the event will cover a Q&A session answering the audience's questions led by Cathy Granneman, Manager Member Relations, Infrastructure.
