Join us for the first ever GRESB Regional Insights event in Malaysia, co-hosted by our local partners Zerin Habitat and GreenRE!

Trey Archer (Director, Asia) will explore the GRESB 2022 real estate and infrastructure benchmark results for Asia and Southeast Asia, and discuss emerging trends such as TCFD, climate change, and more.

Previndran Sathurgasinghe (Managing Director) and Ar Rohendran Chelliah (Executive Director) from Zerin Habitat will examine the biggest trends and obstacles companies in Malaysia are facing in regard to ESG compliance, while Mohd Razif Mohd Yusoff (Head, Safety & Sustainability) from Sime Darby Property Berhad will speak about their sustainable journey from a company perspective. Julian Hashim, the Chief Regulatory Officer for Bursa Malaysia, will speak about upcoming regulations and TCFD requirements (starting in 2025) for the Malaysian market, and Devni Acharya, Head of Arup's Climate & Sustainability Services in Southeast Asia, will share the fundamentals of environmental, social and governance strategy.

The program will provide valuable industry insights with a focus on the participant and regulatory perspective, looking at how participants benefit from GRESB and how Zerin Habitat can assist with GRESB reporting and score improvements.
