Because the complexity of this year’s changes to the GRESB Real Estate Benchmark, the release of the final results has been extended to October 7. We have heard your concerns and requests for more time to review, analyze, and validate your data before final benchmark reports are released to investors. This new timeline will offer GRESB participants additional time to review preliminary results during an extended Review Period that will last until September 26.
On September 18 and 19, we hosted a webinar during which we addressed participants' questions and explained these updates in detail. Attendees were able to ask questions to our team through the chat during the event.
